Gillian Leak of PFS presented ‘Double international homicide -An independant review’ at the iabpa blood pattern conference held recently in Tucson, Arizona. This talk detailed a case which had already gone for trial but the judges were unable to reach a verdict. She was instructed to review the original case findings and testified at the second trial. A guilty verdict was announced following the re-trial’.
